Emerald Realty, LC is a privately-owned full-service real estate company that was formed in 1984.  We are dedicated to serving clients and tenants with integrity and efficiency by focusing on maximizing the value of the real estate assets entrusted to our company. 

Our approach is completely "hands on."  We employ a staff of highly experienced professionals in multiple disciplines who utilize their knowledge and expertise in the management of our growing property portfolio.  What differentiates us from the rest is our ability to think and act like owners; understanding the importance of achieving and maximizing property objectives.

Mike Moore

Broker and President

Since 1984, Mike has been an extremely active broker in the San Antonio commercial real estate marketplace.  He's successfully negotiated over 1,000,000 square feet of leases in the last seven years.

Mike has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1984, and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986.   Mike's brokerage experience includes retail properties, medical buildings, raw land tracts, office buildings and pad site sales in Bexar County, Texas.

Jackie Dominguez

Jackie joined Emerald Realty in December 2004.  She has diligently assisted Mike in facilitating Emerald's rapid growth within the last 4 years and continues to strive to meet new company goals together with our team.  In doing so, that is what sets us apart from other Real Estate firms.

Patty Pizzini

Property Manager

Patty joined Emerald Realty in October of 2007.  She brings 22 years of experience in management and customer service, which takes our company to the next level in satisfying the request of our many clients.

Noemi Villasenor

Accounts Manager

Noemi joined Emerald Realty in 2008.  She is has over 4 years of office and accounting management experience.

Elisabeth Niles

Brokerage and Leasing

Elisabeth joined Emerald Realty in March of 2007.  She is a licensed real estate agent.  She currently heads up our leasing division.

Nery A. Vazquez

Management, Brokerage & Leasing

Nery worked as a contractor for Emerald Realty in 2004.  She joined our team full-time in November 2005 as a licensed Real Estate Agent.  She holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Julie Neighbors

Julie joined Emerald in 2008.  She is a licensed real estate agent with 15+ years of experience in management and customer service.

Vencie Ruffo

Administrative Assistant

Vencie is the smiling face you see when you enter our office and the chipper voice who answers our phones.  She has 15 years of past property management experience.  These skills paired with her vibrant personality makes her a key element in the continued success of our company.

Property Maintenance Team

Emerald Realty employs strict standards in staffing the most knowledgeable and experienced maintenance technicians possible.  We are careful to select technicians with varying areas of expertise in order to provide us with the ability to handle many property repairs and improvements in-house; therefore, reducing an owner's operating expenses by outsourcing less.  Their knowledge and quick response time ensures our tenants are well taken care of at all times.  We are confident that our impressive tenant retention ratio is due to their efforts and quick responses to our tenants needs.
