Emerald Realty, LC is a privately-owned full-service real estate company that was formed in 1984. We are dedicated to serving clients and tenants with integrity and efficiency by focusing on maximizing the value of the real estate assets entrusted to our company.
Our approach is completely "hands on." We employ a staff of highly experienced professionals in multiple disciplines who utilize their knowledge and expertise in the management of our growing property portfolio. Mike Moore
Broker and President
Since 1984, Mike has been an extremely active broker in the San Antonio commercial real estate market place. He has successfully negotiated over 1,000,000 square feet of leases in the last seven years.
Mike has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1984, and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986. Mike's brokerage experience includes retail properties, medical buildings, raw land tracts, office buildings and pad site sales in Bexar County, Texas.
Jackie Dominguez
Property Manager
Jackie joined Emerald Realty in December 2004 and is a vital part of our team. Her primary focus is assisting in the management of our rapidly growing portfolio of professionally managed properties. Fifteen years of management experience contributes to her in depth understanding of business, accounting and operations management principles. She is currently fulfilling the requirements to become a licensed real estate professional.

Property Manager
Patty joined Emerald Realty in October of 2007 as a Property Manager. She brings 22 years experience in management and customer service.
Noemi Villasenor
Business Manager
Noemi joined Emerald Realty, LC in 2008 and brings 4 years of office and accounting management to the company. She handles all financial aspects for our properties.
Martha Jespersen
Administrative Assistant
Martha Jespersen is our central station, from managing incoming calls, to dispatching maintenance and managing administrative needs, Martha is becoming a household name with our tenants, vendors and owners. Her professionalism and caring personality makes her an extremely valuable team member.

Elisabeth joined Emerald Realty in 2007. She is a licensed real estate agent with 8 + years experience in sales and marketing.
Nery A. Vazquez
Management, Brokerage & Leasing
Nery worked as a contractor for Emerald Realty in 2004. She joined our team full-time in November 2005 as a licensed Real Estate Agent. She holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

We are careful to select technicians with varying areas of expertise in order to provide us with the ability to handle many property repairs and improvements in-house; therefore, reducing an owner's operating expenses by outsourcing less. Their knowledge and quick response time ensures our tenants are well taken care of at all times. We are confident that our impressive tenant retention ratio is due to their efforts and quick responses to our tenants needs.
